What we collect

Your name, email, shipping address and order contents. Card details are entered on Shopify's secure hosted checkout and never touch our servers.

To process payment, ship your order, handle returns and answer support emails. We also use aggregate traffic analytics to understand which ads work.

Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers and our email provider. Nobody else. We never sell customer data.

We may use advertising pixels to measure ad performance. You can opt out through your browser or ad platform settings.

Email support@halora.shop to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe.
