Refund policy

30 days, no argument

If the projector isn't for you, email support@halora.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label.

Condition

Used is fine. We only ask that the projector and film discs come back in the box.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show it.

Faulty items

Anything that fails within 12 months is replaced free — no return needed for clear defects, just a short video or photo.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible.
