Shipping & delivery

Dispatch

Orders placed before 4pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.

Delivery times

United States and Canada: 5–9 business days. United Kingdom and EU: 6–10 business days. Rest of world: 8–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs can add time.

Cost

Shipping is free on every bundle. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll chase it or resend the order.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email support@halora.shop with your order number and we'll replace it at no cost.
